Scott Bell
Founder & Care Navigation Advisor
Scott brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in elder care, healthcare operations, organizational development, and team leadership. His background includes skilled nursing administration, assisted living operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, customer service, and resident-centered care within both healthcare and residential environments.
Scott is deeply passionate about the Eden Alternative philosophy — a person-centered approach to elder care focused on dignity, purpose, independence, and improving quality of life for elders.
In addition to his healthcare leadership experience, Scott served 28 years as a Navy Nurse Corps Officer and Marine Corps Combat Medic. His decades of experience supporting elders, leading care teams and navigating healthcare environments provide families with trusted guidance, compassion and practical insight during important life transitions at Guided Living Group.
Shanti Bell
Founder & Senior Transition Advisor
Shanti brings more than 20 years of executive sales and healthcare leadership experience across the long-term care, post-acute, and senior services industries. Her background includes enterprise sales leadership, strategic partnership development, operational growth, customer experience, and guiding organizations through periods of expansion and transition.
Throughout her career, Shanti has built and led high-performing teams, developed national account strategies, negotiated large-scale healthcare partnerships, and helped organizations strengthen customer relationships while driving sustainable growth. Her expertise spans relationship development, revenue growth strategy, commercial operations, service line expansion, executive relationship management, and operational scalability.
Shanti has held executive leadership roles within several healthcare organizations supporting skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, post-acute providers, and senior care organizations nationwide. Her extensive industry knowledge and relationship-focused leadership style bring valuable insight and professionalism to Guided Living Group.
